Dear Expert, Mr.A Mfg India Bangalore sales from USA Mr.B then Mr.C for UPS,DHL Intermediatory services Provided within state Bill generated IGST As per Section 13 (8) (b) of the same Act, the place of supply of “intermediary services Agent or whatever name called that IGST Bill issued DHL or UPS TDS Applicable or Not (194H Commission or Brokerage) Payment issued in within state.
