Hello, My client is providing service of construction of Road & Building of Government of Gujarat through sub-contractor. I want to ask some questions: 1) Is service tax applicable? 2) If yes, then can you please elaborate amendment of budget or circular or notification? 3) If Contractor tells to deduct on behalf of client and he will pay to department. Then, is it suitable for client? 4) And, if any other informations regarding this service, are available, then please help me.
