CAREER PROFILE

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India having intense expertise in Corporate Law for the last 8 years.

He is a young and progressive Practicing Company Secretary with zeal to dig deep into the nuances of Corporate Laws. Being a researcher at heart, he has done meticulous research and has penned various articles on the Companies Act, 2013 to keep at pace with the latest changes and critically dissect the implications of various provisions of the new Act.

He has co-authored the Company Law Premiere Book published by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also added a lot to the issuance of various Guidance Notes by ICSI. He was a member of the Task Force Committee and Research Committee for 3 years. He is a member of various committees of the NIRC of ICSI.

His articles have been published in ICSI magazines and are available on various popular websites relating to Corporate Law.

He has deliberated at several forums on Corporate Law throughout the country. Over the last 2 years, he has deliberated for more than 400 seminars and penned approximately 850articles on multiple topics of Corporate Law.
