Due date for the working partner in a firm

I came across a question.
There is a active partner in a firm, he receives remuneration the firm is under 44ab case. He is doing some other business, Where he is the sole propreitor, not come under 44ab.

Can you tell me the due date for filing the return??

29 September 2014 If the partnership firm is under Tax Audit then the due date of filing Income Tax Return of partner will be 30.09.2014 otherwise 31.07.2014.

29 September 2014 Forgot to tell that pursuant to extension of due date vide CBDT order dated 26.09.2014 the due date IT Return for Tax Audit cases will be 30.11.2014 and also for working partner of a firm which is under Tax Audit.

30 September 2014 Dear Sir,

The Working partner is having some other business were he is the sole proprietor, so I filled the ITR-4, it is showing 234A interest when i filled the return before 30.09.2014. Can You please tell me how to file the return to avoid 234a interest
