Hi, Its not imp that to get the experience u must work in a big firm. Its my personal experience. I hv also done my a'ship under a small firm. I think only there we can hv diversified experience. In big firms, every dept is alloted. & hence u get experience in that particular fields only. whereas in small firms u can get chance to to every kind of work, e.g. in my case i got a chance to do every work which my sir was doing,that wil make u confident. N when u start ur career, u wil hv a diversified experience and systematic approach to complete the work, u wil definitely be able to handle any kind of work.
And one most imp thing u wil earn from small firms is TO MAINTAIN RELATIONS WITH EVERYONE. In big firms u wil not find that. I think howsoever big position u hv, u must be kind enough to everyone. Ultimately ur kindness wil make u successful and happy and not the professional attitude.
