I am using Excel for preparing Salary Statements.I want to know how excel can be used to prepare payslips automatically.Can any one tell me the process/function which is used to convert salary statement into salary slips.I am expecting a positive response from you.

Standarddize ur formats of Statement and the Pay Slip. Use Mail Merge whereby the desired data may be picked from the Salary Statement by linking the fields.
