I am using Excel for preparing Salary Statements.I want to know how excel
can be used to prepare payslips automatically.Can any one tell me the process/function which is used to convert
salary statement into salary slips.I am expecting a positive response from you.

09 July 2008 Standarddize ur formats of Statement and the Pay Slip. Use Mail Merge whereby the desired data may be picked from the Salary Statement by linking the fields.

10 July 2008 Also available are free templates used in Excel from Microsoft on & Salaries & Payrolls - You can also make use of them along with mail merge.
