How to pay the Stamp Duty online

3. Click on Secure Login

4. Then Click the option "Register Now" and Register your Company on the website;

5. Create a Login ID and Password for your company;

6. Log into your account and enter the details of Shares on which stamp duty is to be paid in the "Share Details Entry form";

7. Submit the documents with the form along with a certificate which is digitally signed by a Practicing Professional (format is prescribed by the Stockholding Corporation of India Limited);

List of required documents are-

  • PAS-3 (in case of issue)/ SPICe (Incorporation);
  • Share Certificates;
  • List of Allottees;
  • Copy of Board or Special Resolution;
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
 

8. A 20 digit unique reference number will be generated for your reference;

9. Now, pay the amount of stamp duty and print the acknowledgement of the same;

 

10. Submit the challan to the nearest Stockholding branch and get the certificate of the payment of the stamp duty from the department.
