Destiny is nothing but a choice that we make, Ms G V Koumudi believes that we are the creators of our own destiny. Vivacious and an intellectual girl like to dream and put all her efforts to accomplish them. She wanted to become an Aeronautical engineer but as fate determined she had to choose commerce…

Disappointment is what one would have as not getting the desired subject shatters our career dreams but what if we make the best of what we have got, easy to think but very difficult to apply and experience. Rejection due to our own failure is still tolerable though it takes time to digest it, but the rejection because of a reason where you cannot blame anyone but your destiny, is hard to imagine. And bigger failure is to accept the destiny and surrender to the unwanted life.

Here Koumudi succeeded with flying colors as she fought with her destiny and forced it to follow her. Commerce came as something she did not plan for, as her request for science was not accepted because of her visual impairment. Blessing in disguise as she quoted as studying this subject made her feel so attached to it that she decided never to leave it. She found the smidgen of scope so she moved ahead to make best of it.

Emerald Academy went an extra mile by admitting her and this brought a big challenge for its faculty. Their immense support made her comfortable to visualize the graphs and figures of accounting subject. Every passing day took her confidence to the higher level. Coaching centre encouraged her to excel and made her ready to face the future tests. Her mother would make her practice at home and father who is an expert in maths helped her to polish her skills in the subject.  She is more than obliged to her coaching centre for giving her the provision of scribe which enabled her to give her weekend exams.

At home Koumudi never allotted time to study, as it is just a matter of her interest which can make her study all night otherwise she would prefer hitting her bed early. Her approach is to follow a logic which always works.

She confronts that she is not good in accounting though she belongs to commerce field, but her college has cultivated an attraction in this subject that she started enjoying it. She couldn’t create much of an interest in maths and quantitative aptitude but she definitely did the justification to both the subjects by allotting time to these subjects as well.

Koumudi is a fine writer and likes to write poems, stories and articles. Music is what she enjoys the most and takes pleasure in learning it. In her free time she reads Helen Keller’s novels. Her positivity gives an instant appeal, in the world of imagination she could see her dreams and in reality she is creating them one by one.

In her inspiring words she wrote–

 DESTINY- A CHANCE OR CHOICE?

Destiny, when comes favour in our life,
Makes us a knife.
When it comes against,
We’ll be confined to a nest.
Destiny thought as a chance,

Will always be in the form of a fence.
Thought as a choice,
Makes us roar with great voice.
If one waits for a destiny of chance,
He can never at least have one glance.
But if one wishes to have it with choice,
Will always flourish and will be joyous.
 So, what makes a DESTINY?
It’s not merely chance but it’s a matter of

choice which is not an aspect of tiny.

Thanks
