Relaxation of additional fee in filing all AOC-4 e-forms by MCA

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has made relaxations onlevy of additional fees in the filing of e-forms ACC-4, A0C-4 (CFS), ACC-4 XBRL and ACC-4 Non-XBRL for the financial year ended on 31.03.2020 under the Companies Act, 2013. It has been decided that no additional fees shall be levied up to 15.0
