Notification

G.S.R (E) ….. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 79 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009 namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from 19th October, 2015.
2. In the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009,-
(i) for rule 33, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
“33. For the purposes of the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 58 of the Act, where the firm has been converted into limited liability partnership, an intimation of such conversion to the concerned Registrar of Firms shall be given in Form 14 within fifteen days of the date of registration of the Limited Liability Partnership.”;
(ii) in rule 39, sub-rule (3) shall be omitted;
(iii) in rule 40, sub-rule (3) shall be omitted
(iv) in “FORM 2″, under the heading “ADDENDUM TO FORM 2”, under PART A, for serial number 1 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“1. *Indicate Registrar’s reference number for name approval
[Service Request Number (SRN) of Form 1]”;___________
(v) in “FORM 4”, under the heading “ADDENDUM TO FORM 4”, serial number 1 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
(vi) in “FORM 4”, under the heading “ADDENDUM TO FORM 4”, serial numbers 2 to 7 shall be renumbered as serial numbers 1 to 6 respectively;
(vii) in “FORM 16”, before the words “CERTIFICATE” O INCORPORATION”, the following National Emblem shall be inserted, namely:-
(viii) in “FORM 19”, before the words “CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION ON CONVERSION”, the following National Emblem shall be inserted, namely:-
(ix) in “FORM 30” before the words “CERTIFICATE FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF PLACE OF BUSINESS IN INDIA”, the following National Emblem shall be inserted, namely:-
