ICAI Launches Self-Paced Online Modules (SPOM) SET C and SET D

The Board of Studies (BOS) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the launch of additional Self-Paced Online Modules (SPOM) under SET C and SET D. These modules are now accessible on the ICAI Digital Learning Campus Portal at https://lms.icai.org/login, effective January 1, 2025.

ANNOUNCEMENT
ICAI Digital Learning Campus Portal: Self-Paced Online Modules (SPOM) – SET C and SET D

The Board of Studies of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is pleased to announce the availability of video lectures for additional Self-Paced Online Modules under SET C and SET D. These modules can be accessed through the SPOM Portal at https://lms.icai.org/login. The newly available modules include Paper-7: Forensic Accounting and Paper-9: Financial Services and Capital Markets (FSCM) under SET C, as well as Paper-4: Digital Ecosystem and Controls under SET D of 20 Hours each.

Students who have registered for the Final Course are eligible to access these modules. The SPOM platform offers flexibility, allowing students to learn at their own pace, anytime and anywhere. No additional fee is required for accessing the Self-Paced Online Modules. Students can also monitor their learning progress and track the completion status of these modules through the dashboard available on the ICAI Digital Learning Campus portal (SPOM Portal).

To fulfill the eligibility requirements, students are required to complete the minimum prescribed 40 learning hours in both SET A (Corporate and Economic Laws) and SET B (Strategic Cost & Performance Management), as previously announced on 7th May,2024 (https://www.icai.org/post/icai-digital-learning-campus-spom).Additionally, students must complete any one paper in SET C and SET D as applicable, irrespective of the subject chosen, to meet the necessary qualification criteria.

Upon completion of the required learning hours, students will need to appear for a SPOM test, which will be conducted by the Examination Department. A separate announcement regarding the schedule and other details of the SPOM test will be issued by the Examination Department.
