Madam/Dear Sir,
The President, in terms of the authority given to him at its 314th meeting held from 10th to 12th February, 2012, has reconstituted the Group, comprising of the following members, to rework on the basis of the suggestions given by Ministry of Corporate Affairs at the meeting held on 27th January, 2012 on the proposed Scheme of OCI, including the changes to be made in the Act and Regulations of the ICAI with respect to the modalities for implementation of the Scheme of OCI:-
