COVID-19: Spending of CSR funds for COVID-19 eligible CSR Activity clarifies MCA

In view of the outbreak of the novel Corona Virus in India which has been declared a pandemic by the WHO. TheGovernment of India has decided to treat this as a notified disaster, the MCA furtherclarified that spending of CSR funds for COVID-19 is eligible CSR activity. General Circular No. 10/202
