The facility to generate E-Way Bills will be blocked for taxpayers with an Aggregate Annual Turnover (AATO) exceeding Rs 5 Crore if they have not filed their GSTR-3B returns for two or more consecutive months, up to August 2020. This restriction will take effect after 15th October 2020. To avoid disruption, eligible taxpayers are urged to file any pending GSTR-3B returns immediately.
