Ministry of Finance notifies 7.1% rate of interest under Special Deposit Scheme w.e.f 1st Oct

Dposits made under Special Deposit Scheme for Non-Government Provident, Superannuation and Gratuity Funds, announced in the Ministry of Finance shall with effect from 1st October, 2022 to 31st December, 2022 bear interest at 7.1%.

GSTN issues advisory on re-opening of TRAN forms to claim transitional ITC

In compliance of the Hon'ble court's directive, the facility for filing TRAN-1/ TRAN-2 or revising the earlier filed TRAN-1/TRAN-2 on the GST common portal by aggrieved taxpayers, is now available on GSTN from 01.10.2022 till 30.11.2022.
