One of my friend is director in 10 company without his knowledge and consent since 2011 right now he get know about his din no and being a director in that company,
He dont any thing about this company and other director.
what is the process for removal of her name for all that company as a director and lodge a complian againts that company on urgent basic
pls let me guide anyone.

DIR-11 can be filed for resigning from the post of Director by the director himself
Why he filled Dir 11 when he innocent and dont know any thing about the company
Then u can write ur concern to ROC as well as company.. It will take tym for resolution for sure..
