if someone is getting credit of tds and he is not claiming the refund of the same for past 5 years & also not aware of the same . He never receives any notice or letter from A.O. regarding the above. What one should in this situation.

if he is filing return then AO may issue notice for clarification, if no return is filed then no issue in general.
