Now i have filed reply of notice but sir ,ward member were saying to me that notice of penalty shall be received by assessee. Is it right ?

When will assessee receive the notice if penalty will applicable ?

Don't worry, its natural & the same will be sent to assessee. It is quite possible that may not send any notice at all which will mean that they have accepted ur reply.

U have done ur duty. the best thing is just wait, no point in talking to anyone on this issue now. If they impose penalty, u can appeal.
