Don't worry, its natural & the same will be sent to assessee. It is quite possible that may not send any notice at all which will mean that they have accepted ur reply.
U have done ur duty. the best thing is just wait, no point in talking to anyone on this issue now. If they impose penalty, u can appeal.
Agree with Pankaj. U have already replied n mistake was not a deliberate so not to worry now just wait for ITO action he may not levy penalty..n if he levy u can talk to him or u can file an appeal
