HELLO FRIENDS, A PERSON HAS ISSUED TDS CERTIFICATE TO THE EMPLOYEE WHERE THE PAN NUMBER IS WRONGLY MENTIONED AND THE EMPLOYEE FILES THE RETURN WITH THAT PAN NO. WHICH IS NOT BELONGING TO HIM.
NOW WHAT CAN I DO CAN I FILE THE REVISED RETURN.
PLS. EXPLAIN IT CLEARLY.

1st ask the deductor to correct the tds return and issue the tds certificate in correct pan number
u have to file new return, with new tds certificate
