Dear sir We are Defence Contractors (Military Engineer Service )MES Contractors work solely for Defence works through Proper Contract agreements ,1.Firstly Please Clarify whether Composite Scheme applicable for works contracts 2.As we understand we are now liable for 12GST , Since we also carry out solely labour oriented Contracts like outsourcing

no you can't take benefit of composition scheme only a service provider like restaurant and cateer can avail this.
