Sir you and your wife has different identify and you and your wife also have different pan . so there is no other option left then separate registration .
and in my opinion the time to opt for composition scheme is over on 21 July
yes u have to be registered separately and u can opt composition also if conditions are satisfied.
to opt of composition scheme is extended till 16th august
new registration for composition scheme is open. migration date also extended
