If wife and husband have two businesses in their respective names, how to compute turnover to opt composition scheme. Whether those businesses can be registered separately opting composition scheme.

Sir you and your wife has different identify and you and your wife also have different pan . so there is no other option left then separate registration .

and in my opinion the time to opt for composition scheme is over on 21 July

yes u have to be registered separately and u can opt composition also if conditions are satisfied.
