that If we Assume The un realistic Situation in our mind,,,,,

And If the actual situation is differ

then these negative variance between Dream and Reality Frustate a lot,

This is also a reason why Negativity captures our heart and Mind

Its all about Way of Thinking About Situations.........

    Personal issues---arguments with boss, at home make mind full of these thoughts.which create a hinderance in peace of mind n cool study .
