Why only 1/2 attempt cleared CA selected for good job?

I think attempts do not matter much as because you have to tell the Interviewer that you know and are better than others in the required field.

You just have to prove by answering with confidence and with preciseness.

So dont worry.

Love is an state of mind during a certain period of time where one looses his capacity to takes rational decision, It is like a flow of river in which one flows  inebriated.

You can not use this word here . Love is final stage of  engagement of two s*xes, first comes interaction, then more interaction, then common bonding after that you can say if both feel comfortable and enjoys each other, stage of love comes in case of majority of Mature person. There are always exceptions in case of human process of thoughts.

The selection of  gender for companionship rely on all those factors which makes a person successful in today’s world.

If you go medically, Women has around 400 eggs limited quota, So she chooses best male possible in given circumstances.

Now you know very well who is best male, one  who can shows of his positivity, has the ability to assure women of safety, prosperity and love.

 There is no end of debate, From where we have started about selection of CA, I again repeat

Company who visits campus are in look out for fresher candidates to be groomed in their organizational culture, Many attempt passed out C.A do not fill this criteria normally,

It is a fact, Every  MNC Recruit Graduate engineer trainees from engineering colleges in hundered number or  Management trainees from M.B.A Institiutes, but for middle level management recruitment are filled in 1 or 2 positions that too against some vacancy, that is a fact.

Many attempt pass out C.A do not fulfill their criteria of fresh, raw candidate.

Many attempted pass out C.A is solid is knowledge, he can do independent practice.

Or will shine little later in corporate sector. But

Will shine in the end compare to rabbit first timer

As GOLDEN RULE TAUGHT BY OUR ANCESTORS IS

HARD WORK ALWAYS PAYS.

So if  one do not want to work on his Soft Skill or IT Skill, He will still gets success based on his hard work done to be a C.A

Only thing is JOURNEY WILL BE LONGER, HARD But who dares

Till then STAY FOCUSSED, STAY MOTIVATED, BELIEVE IN GOD, DONOT LOOSE HEART

But do think about updating yourself with world,

its all about luck. we cant do anything....................

Company ask for no. of attempts taken in clearing final, they dont gv much importance for PE2 or CPT. Rather they r more concern about your other degrees like BCOM, 12th etc and respective % thereof.

This world is large enough it takes care of all of us. Duniya mein maukke hamesha milte hain…after 10th, 12th, college, n dey keep coming…oppurtunities are always there… for all… Students with attempts have to search more, but if they know their potential & dont loose hopes they will get the right employer too…employers too eagerly wait for such ignited candidates with the burning desire in them to perform & show to the world their potential…. So no need to worry God has plans for all… special plans for those whom he really put into rigorous testing.Good luck n be positive...:)
