has made day trading loss and STCL on listed shares, which ITR to use?

In section 43(5) meaning of speculation business has been defined. If any person is involved in non delivery based trading then it is considered as speculation business and income shall be taxable under the head PGBP.
According to the above explanation ITR 4 shall be used in this case.
