Whether an individual & pvt ltd co. can enter into a firm

Provide the information about  a Pvt Ltd Co. and An individual entering into Partnership agreement as a partners to form a partnership firm.

In case registering the same with concerned authorities whether the Director of the Company and the individual can sign the Form 1.

Please advice us in this regard-

A company whether public or private is a legal person capable of entering into valid contracts including partnership agreements, but MOA should mention such activities.
