When gst will be implemented in india

In my opinion, it will take another 5 years for GST to be implemented...

as per me if next govt will be come BJP then it will take more than 5 year because all BJP Govt state against of GST

jab implement hona hoga to 1 din me ho jayega ...

nahi to years me bhi nahi hoga.

what is GST  plz any one explain about GST.& benifits of GST.
