When CA final attempt due

You, being cleared PCC and going for FINALS-NEW.... u've to compulsary wait till ur articleship gets over... no provision for u to go for nov-10

can u tell is there ny document requirement in the institute(like Form 108 in old course) for the completion of training after signing of the examination form of final?????

that means at the time of signing of the examination form we have to send Form 108 along with that????

Dear Nitin,  you can Appear for Final in Nov 2010 exam provided that you completes the PE-2/PCC and Your articleship completes before 31st Oct.2010..

In your case Both the Conditions has been Satisfied, So Go On...

i have passed my pcc in june 2009 & my articleship will get be completed on 25 dec 2010. but there is a provision in training guide that we r allowed to take 1/6 th off during our articleship & i have already taken 3 months off during my pcc exam.so now i have left wid my 4 month off & as per this rule my articleship will be completed 4 month b4 i.e on Aug 25, 2010. so can i give my exams in nov 2010 ?

IF ANYBODY TAKES 3 ATTEMPTS FOR PCC AND STILL COULDNT CLEAR .HIS ARTICLES WILL COMPLETE IN THIS AUGUST.IF HE CLEARS HIS PCC IN THIS MAY, WILL HE BE ABLE TO APPEAR FOR NOVEMBER WITH JUST 3 MONTHS PERIOD FORGET THE  PRACTICALITY JUST WANNA KNOW THE TECHNICAL ASPCT OF THIS.

Hi girish, yes the person can go for NOVEMBER attempt for his FINALS....

The theory is that u should finish off ur articleship before ur attempt.., i.e if ur articleship ends on 31st October even, u become eligilble for very next november attempt....

And second condition is u should clear PCC before appearing for FINASL.., whether in 1st or 4th attempt
