Dear Sir,
I am registered person in GST. I am supplying Dhan Laxmi Yantra to other states via Currier to unregistered person and received payment via post office (money-order).
I am confused what should I have to charge in my invoice whether me have to charge IGST or CGST-SGST.
Kindly, help me.
If order to decide interstate or Intrastate we have to look two factor
Location of Supplier
Place of supply
You are suppling goods to the state other then supplier state hence you have to charge IGST
