Forms Fees : AOA - 500, form - 1 - 500, form 18 - 500, Form 32 - 500 = 2000/-
Total - 106000 + 2000 = 108000/-

Following form will be required for incorporation :-
DIN 1 for all directors seperately.
Form 1A for name approval.
Form 1, 18, 32 along with MOA & AOA for incorporation
Stamp duty as per state where Regd office is proposed
Now u can calculation the expenses ( for any capital that u want) from the below metioned link :-
