I guess, NO DIFFERENCE
Hi, yogesh shah, thanks a million for the reply you have sent.... but there exist some difference between Sec 67(1) and (2) of the companies act, 1956. otherwise they would have dealt both the topics in a single provision. Please go through the provisions, you may get some idea.
