Sir, i have completed my B Com in 2006 and then registered with ICAI for PE2. Due to some personel reasons i have not even appeared for single paper till date. I have scored 53% score (incl languages) and 48% excluding languages. Now, can i start the CA studies again with the same registration number & percentage of marks please suggest and help me begin my journey towards my dream.

you cant start with same reg u had to re register urself with icai with a small fees for denova registration
