Vodafone india conversation plan

1) As we all aware,on 11th jan 2022 Vodafone india opted conversion of interest liability Rs 16000 crore into equity at Rs 10 per share. I want to ask what would be impact of this transaction on market cap? Does market cap change daily? Can we see historical market value I mean to say, I want to compare market value on 11th jan with today's market value?At present no of outstanding shares are 2874 crore which is similar with no of shares were trading on 11th jan. Don't you think company share should increased to 2874 +1600 crore?2)Is there any difference in the role of Asset Management company and SPV?
