The issue raised in the present forum is very common. Most of the students wish to join into corporate organisations. According to them; it is easiest way to set up themselves in all respect. The reasons are as under :
1. Corporates have their own establishment. Hence CA has to do his work. Small work which is not so important are handled by junior staffs hence their abilities flourish day-by-day.
2. CAs have variety of knowledge and they can grasp any new policy of the management without any agitation.
3. CAs can work for more than 12 hours also because of their tough training and difficult exam patterns.
4. CAs expect less than MBAs because of low cost they born during their CA training.
5. CAs are generally trustworthy persons for their employer. In training they know how a client defaults and they manage it to escape him from typical law provisions.

It is true that it is very difficult to have new clients immediately after starting a practice. The reasons are as under :
1. This situation arise because students are so busy during their studies that they don't refer ads in newspapers about various vacancies in remote areas for professional employment.
2. They don't form a big firm of CAs despite having number of friends list who are CAs.
3. They lack in communication skills and liaisoning.
4. They don't focus attention on various activities of their bosses how they deal with the clients and where they visits regularly.
5. They lacks passion to do practice.

Money is not the matter at all for living. Many students and new CAs will not agree with me but later on they will agree.
Here are some points to be considered before joining job :
1. Companies also take your 12 hours time per day.
2. Initially work would be too difficult to understand and every time you will feel threat of underperformance.
3. You can't enjoy your own daily life. Because most of the time you have to leave your home at 8.00 am and you would likely to come back at 9.00 pm.
4. Many time CAs work is not defined and employers take it granted that after employing CAs nothing to worry about. But this happen only on medium sized companies.
.
.
I say :
A CA is an INSTITUTION in himself. He need not DO either his own PRACTICE or to be in EMPLOYMENT.
Meet so many persons/organisations in a day with your visiting cards and prove your abilities by advising them in their typical circumstances.
Within 3 years one would be able to well settled with total independence of self.
( I am sure hardly there would be one who will agree with me ).
