Is VAT REGISTRATION required in foll cases
& if yes thn wht is th procedure??
X has taken agency of Reliance broad band sale
Y has taken agency for sale of chocolate (like CADBURY, 5 star etc)

In the 1st case it doesn'n reqiure..As it is not a sale of goods which comes with in the definition of goods as per provisions of VAT.
But in the second case u need 2 make a registration .
Any others opinions r welcomed in this regard.....
