Stamp paper used for L&L agreement should be of how much value ? Rs.20 or Rs.100? is it mandatory to register it with sub-registrar in gujarat ? and how to calculate stamp duty on it?

What about the registration of leave and license in Jammu and Kashmir. What is the Stamp duty and under which Article of the J&K Stamp Duty Act is it covered?
