I am from Delhi and selling online products which comes in "services" and selling it within Delhi so I have to charge UTGST + CGST?

You Can mentioned UTGT- 9 %

but you have to charge sgst instead of utgst as if you ready the definition of union teritory, it excludes Delhi and panduchery...

And also need to file same to gst portal (SGST + CGST)
