Do you mean you have not received you Provisional Id and password..? If is it so then Kindly apply for new registration mentioning your earlier registrations.
Provisional Id itself is the username. Along with Provisional id there is Provisional password also. By using this you have to create a new username and password..
if you have provisional id under migration from vat to GST ,the prov. password is in it already you have to login with it and generate your username and password . there will be no problem. for new GST no it will come on mail after approval of GST application.
