i think IOL must give sufficient explanation on this issue...better consult a lawyer as the post is unreplied over a month means i also dont know exact provisions to which this situation can be made applicable.  or you may go to law club india in which all lawyers will be chatting and get ur query resolved.

i have posted dis post today only .........actually shiva i m doing cs and i need to solve dis question to submit my assignments for executive programme......if u could help me in any way.......

ohh but its appearing on my post as posted one month ago...anyhow when the third party is suffering due to the deeds of few persons then that party has the right to both the parties......and it is like a voidable one...chanchal has that right.....but before logging into any site it first ask s us whether we have accepted certain conditions are not so first we need to study the agreement of that website. if it says that the site holds no responsibility for the deeds of any of its user then rajat can be held liable for this. I may not give you the perfect answer but take whatever is useful to u from this.. thanks.

thanks a lot shiva
