No, deduction u/s 80E is available only for full-time studies for any graduate or post-graduate course in engineering, medicine, management or for post-graduate course in applied sciences or pure sciences including mathematics and statistics.

no as per sec 80e deduction is only allowed when intrest is paid for full time education and it should be paid only in India

No deduction of interest is allowed for part time studies U/s. 80E

80E is not for partime cources (like CA). In most of the correspondence course student do some job hence not allowed.
