i think not...yet u can see ICAI pronouncments in BOS announcments or BOS knoweldge portal in students section of ICAI web

the name itself showing its not applicable its still a bill, not yet passed as Act, if it is passed as Act befo re 30th April 2013 then it will applicable for november attempt.

The Lok Sabha has passed the Bill but the Rajya Sabha has not yet passed the Bill. It appears until such time the same will not be applicable for November 2013 Examination.

One has to wait and watch, whether the bill sails through in the Budget or Winter Session of Parliament.

Only the Parliament will be in a position to answer your question definitively.

Hey only the amendments taken effect upto April 30, 2013 are applicable for November exams.

My instinct says the bill will also not be applicable for May 2014 exams keeping in view the dull speed of govt.
