 I am not filling 23AC due to this error.Please tell me how to solve this.

Following errors have occured in the prescrutiny. Please click >> to view the errors.
  Signature validation failed for Signature field for Director/ Manager/ Managing Director/ Secretary. The person is not authorised to sign on this field.

Hallo, go to MCA 21, -Then Verify DIN PAN details of director  ceck there FILE DIN-4 forms if there is mismatch.

Before that go to signatory details - Check whethet the director signature expires ot not.

One more thing you can try - Reregister the signaure of the DIRECTOR ONCE MORE

why my correct user id is not loged properly on mca site and showing as incorrect  by msg.
