Should the Balance Sheet and Profit and loss A/c which are to be uploaded in pdf format be signed in Tax Audit Cases?

Dear Mam,
Though it is not mandatory in the Notification/FAQs etc.. on tax audit.... however, to be safer-side, better to upload the signed B/S and P/L.
