I have some unconsumed challan for F.Y. 2014-15,2015-16. Also I have no any demand for the similar year. So I want to refund , so what is the procedure to get refund , please suggest me.

You can not claim Refund partial unclaimed Challan.

Unclaimed Challan means TDS against such Challan not adjusted against PAN or we can say that Credit of Total TDS is not provided.

What is the procedure if a challan is paid for FY 2013-14 and not consumed / not added in / to any statement.
