Hi guys,
can somebody advise me on the treatment of UNCLAIMED WAGES, UNCLAIMED BONUS AND SERVICE CHARGES which are remaining unclaimed over a period exceeding 3 years in relation to AP?As in TN(unclaimed wages, bonus etc are to be transferred to TN labour welfare fund after the expiry of 3 years), whether these are to be transferred to any state labour welfare fund?
