Unable to file refund reissue request online ?

Hello everyone, refund voucher of one of my client has been returned undelivered due to incorrect address. return was filied onle. i was trying to file reissue request online but was not successful.

they r asking for details like 

CPC REFERENCE NUMBER - ?

REFUND SEQUENCE NO. - ?

I have the following details of my client which i got from the tin-nsdl website where i checked the refund status.

" Mode of Payment : refund cheque

Reference Number :CMPQ4425465

Status :  No such Address - Refund voucher cancelled. The instrument returned undelivered by the speed post as the address provided by the assessee is not complete/ non existent.

Date : Mar 26, 2012

speed post ref No. :EA716567345IN "

 

waiting urgently for the views of the experts that how can i file the refund reissue request ?

You can try to get these informations by mailing to cpc banglore. Or You should talk on the toll free no of cpc banglore.

1st of all change address in PAN data, then take the matter to CPC as well as to concerned ITO for reissue of cheque, they may seek an indenmity for lost cheque before re-issue of the same.

when you request to reissue refund online there are show like a option below----------

 

SUBMIT NEW REQUEST
PAN:   
Category :
Sub-Category :
CPC Reference No :
Assessment Year :

there are you select a new address

you have a 143(1) order and select your cpc refrence number 

and submit your request.

CA ABHISHEK SINGH HAVE YOU ABLE TO SUBMIT THE CHEQUE REISSUE PROCESS, IF YES PLEASE GUIDE ME ALSO. AS I AM GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE SUCH AS "NO REFUND FAILURE NOTIFICATION ISSUED".
