It was written correct only if u read it right,PIR and MAS agreed between themselves each to acquire a quarter of shares in "others" authorised capital..means PIR will take 1/3 and MAS will take 1/3 of DSS.though it was confusing but no errors are there.

Request all candidates to spend few minutes after exams get over to send the email highlighting the mistake in FR paper. Atleast it will get us a clarification from ICAI directly.
