two business on one gst number
I have two business one is garment and other is footwear in different shop and places in same area. can I use in one gst. or need to take another one. pls reply

Two different vertical required 2 registration
Registration is statewise required.... so single RC is sufficient but two RC can also be taken
it's better to take single RC
Beter take 2 GST RC
if taken 2 RC work load will be more.... like 37 return for each RC and also if there is any stock trf even without consideration Gst will be levied which will not be charged if taken single RC
He is already taking load of two business so he is able to take load of business returns
