Sir I receive services from a transport who is not registerd undet GTA, he is giving me PAN number shall I pay reverse charge ??

If you are registered under GST then you have to pay Reverse charge for GTA

If GTA issue consingment note / bilty to you then yes u have to pay Rcm
If he is a transporter then he is a GTA, and RCM is applicable, but if he is not a transporter then no rcm.
@ Rahul sir, he is transporter. irrespective of his registration, I am liable to pay RCM.. Right????
