But procedure to complete the entire task means in which way you are asking, Please make it clear.

I mean whether i have to prepare 1 agreement or 2 agreement for registry of property bcoz if i make one agreement then at the time of registry or at the time of agreement what is the exact wordings of law is to be used in agreement of remaining 15 lac rs. which is mutually transfer between the parties.
