trans 1 not filing
I have submitted tran1 and gstr3b but now iam not able to file neither gstr 3b nor tran 1 form and system does not generate opt and shows system error in portal .

OTP received after 2-3 minutes.Wait for it...
Wait it's exactly system error...
I tried multiple times but same problem occurs .system doesn't generate OTP .I mailed to gst help desk the screenshot of error showing portal still unable to file trans 1 .
Check your profile details.
Either you have not select primary authorised signatory or wrong mail id is feeded while registering
